Payment Options

Please note that we haven't set up a shopping cart website and payment system because we need to check the availability of our stock before concluding a sale and we also have to work out the freight costs depending on what you want to buy and where you live

DIRECT CREDIT OR INTERNET BANKING:
You can pay by using direct credit or internet banking to our bank account.  We will give you our bank account details at the time of you confirming the purchase. We will despatch your goods once the payment has cleared into our account.

CHEQUE: (we do not accept cheques)

PAYPAL:
We can accept PayPal payments.  Please inquire via email to rlnicoll@xtra.co.nz..


Returns & Refunds Policy

We will stand by our products in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, but we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

If the goods are faulty or incorrect please email us to arrange replacement or refund.  You should expect to receive a reply from us within 5 working days.

Fabrics cut to length for a customer will not be refunded.

Sale items will not be refunded.
